Hurricane path historyThe 2015 hurricane season has officially ended.  Its nearly mid-December and Florida residents have made it through the 2015 Atlantic hurricane season unscathed. Coming into the 2015 hurricane season, Florida had gone a record 10 years without a land-falling hurricane of category 3 or higher. For the fourth year in a row, Treasure Coast residents got a quieter hurricane season with fewer storms than normal. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicted six to 11 named storms from the beginning of June to the end of November with the possibility of three to six becoming hurricanes. More
