The first home build in Hunters Creek were completed in 1990 and the last home built was in 2001.  No vacant lots are available now.

Hunters Creek Homeowners Association is responsible for administration and management. The Board of Directors, together with a full-time property manager are responsible for preparing an annual budget, employing staff, contracting for services (e.g., landscaping, security, maintenance, etc.) and enforcing the Covenants, By-laws and Rules & Regulations.
